UEFA Under Spotlight Again RE: Racisim
The incidents occured during Rangers' Champions League win over FK Zeta in Montenegro.
William Gaillard, Communications officer for UEFA noted:
"We haven't yet received the report from our delegate but we have enough circumstantial evidence to begin our investigation. Our policy is zero tolerance against racism. The control and disciplinary body is an independent commission and it is for them to decide, but it is one of our priorities to eradicate this, it is a major concern."
It is past time for UEFA to step up the pressure on racist fans.

also...
I'd say this is as clear a case as any of a team/fan base that should be banned, based on the accounts from the game. I'd agree with BGN on that much, though I would seriously hope that such penalties would be imposed on higher-profile teams with similar problems as well.
