Turkey v Germany
The injury and suspension crisis for Turkey continues with Emre a doubt. The Turkish side may be down to 13 players for this semi final but the strict rules preclude any additional players joining them. UEFA spokesman William Gaillard notes:
"You can't replace any players after the first game of the tournament has been played. "We know some teams are facing difficulties, but this is a hard rule of the tournament. We have no intention of changing the tournament rules. "If a team only had eight players to choose from before a match, then we might call an emergency meeting. But we have had no requests and we would find it a bit difficult changing now."

Its unfortunate, but I agree with UEFA, the rules are what they are, and if you can field a starting 11 then get on with it. To be far though, the Turkish don’t particularly seem to be complaining about it too much.
As for who wins tonight…I can’t see past Germany unfortunately, they’ve not been brilliant but I was impressed with their workrate against Portugal and although Turkey have plenty of ‘heart’ they’ve not been great either.

Definitely a great game! Couldn’t believe Turkey did it again but then had it done to them.
Once again though, the Germans looked pretty poor overall. I have to admit I can see either Spain or Russia turning them over in the final
