In a boost to the DC United Fan base after the Adu deal - MLS will annouce tomorrow that MLS Cup 2007 will be played in Washington, DC.

I am a United fan but am not sure how I feel about this - I HATE having to watch my team at RFK (post baseball ground sharing) and am REALLY looking forward to the new stadium opening at Poplar Point in 2009.

I want MLS Cup in DC that year - I hope this doesn't get in the way of that.....
